On November 22nd, 160 Smith Street, in Winnipeg, held its Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Event to celebrate the grand opening of Club 160, the final piece of the puzzle of the renovations.  Club 160 is a brand new 6, 500 square foot amenity space exclusive to 160 Smith and includes a fitness centre, fireside room and a games, party and media room.  The event was a huge success with a great showing of local interest, as well as television coverage from both CBC and CTV.  Roly Morris, President of Hazelview Properties, was also welcomed on to Winnipeg’s talk radio CJOB AM680 to speak about the new amenity space that is unique to downtown Winnipeg.

The Hazelview Properties team also held a resident event at 160 Smith to show our appreciation for the patience of the residents during the numerous renovations the property has undergone. The residents gathered in the new media room to watch the Winnipeg Jets take on the Minnesota Wild.  The event included raffle draws for prizes, with all proceeds going to Winnipeg Harvest.Â
